This facility is marked out for four tennis courts, 3 netball courts, and two volleyball courts. This allows a variety of sports to use the facility at any given time. Removal of the tennis nets allows the facility to be used as a large multi sports area. It is often utilised in this format for Community Club and Holiday Activity Sessions run by the Hayfield Community Sports Centre. There is also access to two long jump and triple jump sand pits from the courts. This facility is floodlit when required.

The astro turf can be used for football, hockey or multi sports activities. The pitch can be used as a three quarter sized football pitch or a hockey training pitch. Alternatively the pitch can be divided and used as two seven-a-side football pitches. This facility is floodlit and provides an excellent facility for football and hockey all year round. Current users of the facility include Hatfield FC, Branton Juniors FC, SoccerScene Leagues and Leeds United Development Centre.

Located in close proximity to the astro turf and polymeric pitches, the changing facilities offer customers fantastic clean changing areas. A reception area with Community Sports booking office and first aid room, male and female toilets, as well as disabled toilets, and drinks vending machines. The building also contains three large and bright changing areas, with a number of individual shower cubicles, and motion operated lighting. For security of customer belongings there are a number of lockers available.
